The settling blend of essential oils (chosen for their traditional use with coughs/colds & sinus troubles) in this ointment have a strong, clarifying aroma. This balm feels amazing when gently massaged onto chest and/or neck or applied to the insides of wrists and inhaled deeply.

Instructions & Cautions: This comforting salve can be rubbed onto the chest and throat 1-3 times a day. You can also rub onto the inside of wrists brought in front of nose and inhale deeply 3-5 times. This product is blended for adults and should not be used with children under 12. Check out the kids line for a similar products blended for kids 1-12. Caution with high blood pressure and epilepsy. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not ingest. Avoid mucous membranes.
