Instructions & Cautions: Rub onto affected area 1-3 times a day while symptoms are present. This product is not designed to create an "icy heat" numbing effect, but to aid with deeper long term relief and healing. This product is formulated for adults and should not be used with children under 10. St. John's Wort oil can cause photosensitivity therefore caution should be taken when exposing skin to direct sunlight within 8 hours of application. Caution with high blood pressure and epilepsy.
